Lynda McGrattan is the Learning Support Lead at the West Meadow School in Claresholm, Alberta. She has taught for over 25 years in a variety of settings from Inuit settlements, to Hutterite colonies to Indigenous communities. Lynda helped to develop an intervention program to support early learners (BLAST- Basic Literacy Acquisition Skills Time) which has been used in her school. As the Learning Support teacher, Lynda organizes and runs Collaborative Grade Level Meetings and Learning Support Team meetings. Lynda and her husband Greg have 3 adult children.
