Daniel Espejo

Currently working as an elementary/Junior high school assistant principal, Daniel’s 15 years as a teacher has placed him as a high school teacher, division consultant, and as an assistant principal in high school outreach and adult education. He has presented internationally with ASCD and NSTA, authored multiple provincial education publications, was the director of the SCATA Annual Conference and AGM, and was lead organizer with TEDxYouthEdmonton in its inaugural two years. Daniel excitedly joined Corpus Christi School in its opening to develop and lead a school filled with passionate teachers, pushing himself and colleagues to new achievements.

Alida Stewart has been teaching for over 30 years with Edmonton Catholic Schools and has taught various grade levels in both division 1and 2. She has worked as part of a Learning Team for close to 20 years, the last nine as a Learning Coach. She has been a Lead Learning Coach at the division level.

Gio Soto started working with the Edmonton Catholic School Division in 2001. Over the years she has taught grades 1-6 and has held other roles such as Learning Coach, ELL and FNMI Designate. Her belief of continuous learning led her to join the CRM Team at Corpus Christi School.

Rebecca Maltais is a registered social worker who has worked as a Family Liaison Worker with Edmonton Catholic Schools for 4 years. She also has many years experience working with various nonprofits and in-patient programs. Prior to becoming a social worker, Rebecca worked as a teacher.

Megan Maisonneuve is a Grade 6 teacher who enjoys the holistic nature of teaching elementary and focusing on helping her students to become well rounded individuals. She sees teaching as an incredibly creative job and loves designing new learning experiences for her students and building personal connections with them.

Erin McLeod is a primary teacher who has taught many grades from 1-6 and has experience as a Learning Coach. She is passionate about reading and literacy and loves to spend time working collaboratively with other teachers. Building relationships with her students and seeing their growth is her favorite part of teaching.
